TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services Provided

Thrifty Glow Edinburgh Cleaning Services provides domestic and commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Services may include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, office cleaning, and specialist cleaning services.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed once agreed by phone, email, message, or written quotation. Customers must provide accurate details regarding the property size, condition, and cleaning requirements before service begins.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are based on the size, condition, and type of cleaning required.

  • Additional charges may apply if the property condition differs significantly from the information provided.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.

  • Thrifty Glow Edinburgh Cleaning Services reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Access to Property

Customers must ensure access to the property at the agreed time. If access is unavailable, a call-out charge may apply.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must inform us of fragile, valuable, or delicate items before cleaning begins.

  • Customers are responsible for securing valuables and important documents.

  • Any hazards or safety concerns must be disclosed prior to service.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If a customer is dissatisfied, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a revisit.

8. Damage & Liability

While every care is taken, Thrifty Glow Edinburgh Cleaning Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Damage caused by faulty fixtures, fittings, or unstable items

Any accidental damage caused directly by our team must be reported within 24 hours.

9. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse cleaning where conditions are unsafe or hazardous.

10. End of Tenancy / Deep Cleaning

These services are based on time and condition of property. Full stain removal, mould removal, or restoration cannot be guaranteed where permanent damage exists.

11. Late Payments

Late payments may result in additional charges or refusal of future bookings.

12. Privacy

Customer details are kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes.

13. Amendments

Thrifty Glow Edinburgh Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
